I will VERY briefly go over the Annunaki story. The ancient Sumerians (now Iraq) believed that they were born of a race of reptilian-like aliens from the planet Nibiru. The Annunaki created them by mingling alien DNA with that of a race of humanoids (Neanderthal?) to make "Man". Their purpose was to mine the Earth for gold that the Annunaki needed for Nibiru's atmosphere (which was dying). At first "Man" was too intelligent (in the image of the "gods") so they tried again and made a more subserviant race ("man" today"). During a cataclysm most left the planet (leaving a few to be in charge....our "leaders of today") swearing to return one day to reclaim the Earth.
